Insecurity: FG Has Failed – JIBWIS Nat. Chairman Shaikh Bala Lau

The National Chairman of Jamaatul Izalatil Bidia Waikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS), Sheik Abdullahi Bala Lau, yesterday, decried federal government’s failure in confronting insecurity even as he urged muslims to engaged in prayers.
Addressing journalists on Sunday, Lau said “we are in a bad era of leadership in the country and only prayers can solve the problem since the Government has failed most especially in handling security.”
Sheikh Lau decried the total deterioration of security particularly in the Northern part of the country and insisted that the only way out was for Muslims in the country to engage in serious prayers and fasting to rescue the country from collapse.
He said the “sit and look” attitude of the federal government towards the recent kidnap of over 100 female students in Chibok town of Borno state was an indication of failed government.
The JIBWIS chairman said most of the killings in the Northern part of the country were an agenda to destroy entire Muslims in the region.
“The issue of Boko Haram has already gone, we must accept that the present situation of rampant killing is part of conspiracy to eradicate Muslims in the country”  Lau said and accused government of hiding under the umbrella of Boko Haram to kill innocent Muslims.
The national chairman said the recent letter of former President Obasanjo to President Jonathan had actually pictured what was really happening in the country.
He said JIBWIS was demanding for justice over the killing of Zaria based cleric, Sheik Albani and insisted that it was sad that since his gruesome murder months ago, nobody was arrested and taken to court.
While commiserating with the victims of unwanted killings in the North, Sheik Lau said JIBWIS would not fold its arms and watch an orchestrated agenda against Muslims in the country.
