Hammasaleh joins Gombe governorship race
Alhaji Abdulkadir Hammasaleh, a businessman and philanthropist has joined the 2011 governorship race in Gombe State. The aviation tycoon is contesting the governorship seat under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Hammasaleh, alongside his political associates and supporters, was at the PDP’s Wadata Plaza National Headquarters, Abuja yesterday, where he submitted his nomination form. He told newsmen that he was convinced into joining the race after consultations with his family members, friends and associates.
The philanthropist explained that “There is need to continue with the developmental projects started by the incumbent governor of the state, Alhaji Muhammadu Danjuma Goje. We need to continue from where he stops. I am making myself available for the race to enable me continue with the laudable projects executed by Governor Goje in the last seven and half years.”
He said that “the people of Gombe State deserve the best,” assuring that if he gets the party’s ticket and is subsequently elected as governor, his priorities would be wealth creation, educational and economic development, youth and women empowerment as well as ensuring adequate security of lives and property in the state.

To my best observation Abdulkadir Hamma Sale deserve to the next governor of Gombe State due to his political and personnel agendas, as an individual, his so kind hearted, simple and an understanding person.. being selected the next Governor of Gombe state will broaden his imaginations and well doing, in the best intrest of the people Gombe State.
